What are your fees?
Depending on the option, you may pay nothing upfront. Council and consultant fees may apply. We offer win-win agreements and can guide you using your equity. In some cases, we pay for everything.
How much does it cost for you to find me a property?
We have multiple options to suit your needs, explained during your free consultation.
How much money do I require?
Minimum approx. $150,000 (could use equity in your existing property) Exact amount depends on your project size.
How does your money-back guarantee work?
If we don’t make you at least $100k profit, we take no profit ourselves. A basic service fee still applies.
